The Harem pant is the new pant silhouette this season. This time around the pant has been reworked with a skinnier leg and high waist, creating a curvier more feminine look. Pair these with a sleeker fitted top and heels. Hammer can’t touch these!

Even though “Thirteen Tales of Love and Revenge”as released two years ago, we cant seem to take it out of our playlist. The album has a kitschy, sexy seductive feel with just the slightest bit of humor. The video for “Boring” reminds me of an Ellen Von Unwerth photograph.

The classic body conscience Herve Leger inspired 1980’s bondage dress has been revived. This classic throwback to the 80’s is hugging bodies this spring.

The often-delayed album form R&B songstress Keri Hilson is finally arriving. First expected in the fourth quarter of 2008, it was pushed back after numerous leaks. Hilson then went back to re-record for the album. We’re all glad she did because Hilson delivers an amazing debut. Timbaland and his protegee Nate “Danja” Hills mainly produce the album, and the other half produced by Sean Garett. The album keeps your attention from the very synth heavy “Turnin’ Me On”, which provides vocals from the ever-so-popular Lil’ Wayne, to the ladies anthem of “Get your Money Up”, which features Keyshia Cole and Trina, to the more tender moments of “Make Love”, and “Alienated”. Hilson fans are thanking the delay because Keri definitely delivered an album full of heavy beats, from synths, a few moments in the infamous “auto-tune”, and catchy hooks. All in all, fans are pleased with Ms. Keri’s “Perfect World”.
Noteworthy Songs: Turning Me On, Get Your Money Up, Knock You Down, Energy

We saw it in swimwear, then it turned up in our booties. Now cut outs are making an appearance in our clothing. Spring/Summer 2009 has taken a different turn from the last season. It’s all about the body this time showing small peeks of the female figure. Could this trend be a direct reflection of the state society is currently in?
