It’s been nearly seven years since the world received a new studio album from BT, sure we got a few soundtrack projects and remixes in between albums, but it keeps you wondering what has BT been doing for the past seven years. The answer is “These Hopeful Machines.” This double album consists of 12 tracks all of them at least eight minutes a piece but when you are listening to them, you hardly realize eight minutes has passed. That being said “These Hopeful Machines,” is over two hours of electronic bliss. It finds BT fusing blends of rock, pop and dance into one amazing sound. “These Hopeful Machines,” finds BT hooking up with some of the industry’s best suited voices for the genre. He hooks up with house queen Jes as well as Christian Burns, Who you may recall from the boy band BBMak. Burns’ tracks provides for some of the albums standout tracks such as the opener “Suddenly,” as well as “The Emergency,” which Also features Burns. Other standout tracks include: “Every Other Way,” “Forget Me,” and “A Million Stars.” In BT’s 15 plus years in the music industry, “These hopeful machines,” provides for his best work thus far.
